We run the analysis and merges in a sandbox environment first: exact, fuzzy and phonetic matching, bulk merge with your master-record rules, manual merge where judgment is needed. You validate the results in the sandbox, and only then do we execute the same, approved cleanup in production. Nothing is merged behind your back.

Your data stays clean
Cleanup without prevention is a subscription to more cleanup. With Cleanup + Standards and Managed plans, we leave data quality rules active on every entity, the Data Quality Dashboard on your records, and Data Health Studio measuring progress at 30, 60 and 90 days, and you keep the app for a full year.

Is it safe to merge records in production?
Yes, because production is never the first stop. We run the full analysis and all merges in a sandbox environment first, you validate the results, and only then do we execute the same approved cleanup in production. Combined with review checkpoints and a complete merge log, nothing changes in your live system that you have not already seen and signed off.
Can you clean custom tables as well?
