Collection and Use of Personal Data

Techdio does not share personal data with third parties without your consent. We do not collect personal data unless you voluntarily provide it—for example, by filling out a registration form, contact form, or whistleblower report.

We typically collect information such as your name, phone number, and email address.

This data is used to provide the services for which it was collected and to gain insights into user behavior. We may use it for surveys, analysis, and improvements to our products, services, and technologies.

You have the right to access the personal data we have registered about you and may object to its processing under the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with GDPR, your data must be stored securely and treated confidentially.
Techdio stores your personal data on computers with restricted access, located in monitored and secure facilities. We regularly review our security procedures to ensure proper data handling and to protect your rights as a user.

However, we cannot guarantee 100% security when transmitting data over the internet. There is always a risk of unauthorized access when data is sent and stored electronically. Submitting your personal information is at your own risk.

Personal data will be deleted or anonymized on a regular basis once the original purpose of collection has been fulfilled. In general, personal data is stored for a maximum of 6 months.

If your data is processed, you have the right under the data protection law to access any data traceable to you. If the data is incorrect or misleading, you can request that it be corrected, deleted, or blocked. You may also object to its use or withdraw your consent at any time.

If you wish to file a complaint regarding how your data is being handled, you can do so by contacting the Danish Data Protection Agency, in accordance with section 58(1) of the Danish Data Protection Act.
