Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook – Error blank view pane

When you track an email, the CRM pane in Outlook does not show regarding information  – The pane remains blank.

A recently Office update is the cause of this irritating error. The fix is however very simple.

The Fix

In Outlook – Click on Files – Options – General – Under the section User Interface Options change the value to “Optimize for Compatibility”

Now restart Outlook and enjoy the work with CRM:
